A Tough Win

Centennial, CO - On Friday, Nov 2, the Titans took on TNW Tools. The teams were evenly matched and it proved to be a tough game. Both the first and second periods were scoreless with both teams skating hard up and down the ice. A number of scoring opportunities occurred but the TNW goaltender and defense were up to the challenge. Titans goaltender Bucky Khalap performed admirably in stopping all attempts at scoring.

In the third period, the Titans reached deeply within their bag of tricks and skills to really put it to TNW. The extra effort paid off with a score by Justin Barba on a pass from Andy Munoz.

Team captain Andy Munoz commented that TNW played very aggressive and smart hockey and they will be a tough opponent when the Titans play them again on January 4 and February 1 next year. The Titans will have to be at the top of their game to continue to win against this team.
